By providing your mobile phone number to Surfside Pools LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to receive text messages from us in accordance with these SMS Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before opting in to our messaging program.

Program Description

Surfside Pools LLC uses SMS messaging to communicate with customers about appointment reminders, service-related information, and promotional messaging. Messages are sent only to individuals who have explicitly opted in to receive them.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive text messages from Surfside Pools LLC by:

  • Submitting your mobile number through a form on our website
  • Providing your mobile number directly to a representative and giving verbal or written consent
  • Texting a designated keyword to our business number when prompted

By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you consent to receive SMS messages from us.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the type of messages you have opted in to receive. You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on account activity and communication preferences.

How to Opt Out

After replying STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to rejoin, you can opt in again using any of the methods described above.

Supported Carriers

We support SMS messaging across all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors that support our services (such as our SMS platform provider) is permitted, but these parties are restricted from using your information for their own marketing purposes. All other use of your data is subject to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected by an updated “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
