Pool Equipment Repair
First contact in hours. Most repairs finished in two to three days, while a lot of repair companies are weeks out.
We Know Your Pool Equipment
For weekly clients, the repair starts before you call. We know the age of your pump, the quirks of your filter, and how your heater fires up. When something breaks, we’re not troubleshooting from scratch. We’re often pulling the part we suspect we need before we leave the shop.
Not on weekly service yet? We still get out fast. Send a few photos of the equipment pad with what you’re seeing or hearing, and we can usually narrow down the issue before we arrive.
What We Repair
Pumps
Loud bearings, leaks, motor failures, priming issues. We diagnose, source the part, and get the water moving again.
Filters
Cracked manifolds, broken laterals, multiport valve problems. Most filter repairs wrap up the same week.
Heaters
Ignition failures, error codes, gas valve and pressure switch issues. Heater work needs someone who knows the firing sequence.
Automation
Pentair, Jandy, and Hayward control panels. Schedules that won’t run, lights that won’t switch, valves stuck in one position.
How a Repair Call Works
- You reach out. You’ll usually hear back the same day. We ask a few questions and look at photos if you can send them.
- We schedule or come prepared. We either book the visit or bring the part we already expect to need.
- We diagnose on-site. We tell you what we found and what the fix costs.
- You decide with real numbers. If the equipment is at the end of its life, we’ll say so and walk you through the math on repair versus replace before you spend money you don’t need to.
After the Repair
A lot of our weekly clients started as repair calls. They liked how we handled the equipment, asked what weekly service looked like, and we went from there. No pressure either way.
If you’d rather we fix the problem and let you keep handling the rest, that’s fine. The repair stands on its own, and we’ll leave you with notes on what to watch for next.
Common Repair Questions
First contact is usually within hours of your message, same day at the latest. If parts are in stock and the schedule lines up, we can often be on-site within a day or two. Most repairs are finished the same week.
No. Plenty of repair calls come from homeowners who handle their own pool or use another service. We’ll quote the work and do the fix regardless. If weekly service ends up being a better fit down the road, we can talk about it then.
If we need a part, we’ll tell you what’s required and when we expect to be back. Most parts come in within a couple of days. We don’t disappear between visits, and the schedule we give you is the one we keep.
Yes. If your heater is past its useful life and the repair runs close to the cost of a new unit, we’ll lay that out clearly. We’d rather lose the repair fee than sell you a fix that buys you six months on equipment that’s already done.
Almost always. We service what’s on your pad, whoever installed it. Pentair, Jandy, Hayward, Pentair IntelliFlo, Polaris cleaners, salt cells, and the usual heater brands are all in our regular rotation.
Equipment-pad leaks (pump seals, unions, valves, filter housings) we handle directly. Suspected underground or structural leaks usually need a leak detection specialist with the right gear, and we’ll point you to one we trust rather than guess.
